Q. What is EGCG and why should I consume it?
A. Epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) is a special plant compound with positive health benefits. It’s found mostly in green tea, and research has shown that it can reduce inflammation, boost immune system, prevent certain chronic diseases, and even help weight loss. [Learn more]
Q. How do I use it?
A. Simply remove the cap, place the tip to your mouth and inhale and hold for 5 seconds before exhale for the best result. The diffuser and LED light turns on only when in use. When not in use, keep the tip dry and store in a cool place.
Q. How long can it last?
A. The TeaMist inhaler should typically last between 100 to 200 inhalations. Once the EGCG is exhausted, you’ll notice a slight burnt smell, which will indicate it’s time to be replaced.
